I'm wondering if that LOI is still going on now? If that is true then GLDG may own a $618M worth of huge Canada mine and the seller actually appraised the stock at $0.3 per common share v.s. at the joke low $0.0016 now which means 187.5-bagger huge potential from here...
From the latest 10-Q it has only 89,118,599 shares small OS on 05/08/2014! A currently reporting OTC mining (Gold, Silver and Copper etc.) stock! Extremely oversold (from 0.0175 to 0.0008) and extremely undervalued ($142,589 MV at $0.0016) now! The most recent highs were 0.0175 ~ 0.007! Easy 10-bagger from here based on the joke low MV alone!
