Capital Shield showed up in both FITX and IGRW (previously HPCS).
both companies involving many of the same players.
on IGRW:
Capital Shield was given 1,250,000,000 shares for services rendered 0n 9/13/2013

In a couple posts back in February it was discussed these shares would be returned back to treasury.

In May a press release came out and said that very same amount - $1.25 BILLION - were returned to treasury.

Also the press release machine was cranked up using some questionable companies - companies set up at the same time with the same address. I already spotted another company waiting in the wings.

With BIO in the name I wonder if the new company set up for Randy Hamden called BIO One Ventures is related to these new companies.
