Once again let me reiterate the major question here is.... Has Brian already made the cut-off date on July 29th for shareholders of record for the LaunchTV spin-off shares dividend? The deal is if you aren't a shareholder of record (holding at least 10 million shares or more) by that date you will not be issued shares of the new Launch TV spin-off and likely IPO. Since July 29th has now passed some people are claiming they could still buy in pay the .0003 to .0004 per share or $3,000 to $4,000 and get the dividend, but I disagree. The main question for Brian is will people by able to buy in for the dividend or has that time past? If not when will it occur? Also is it important for shareholders to maintain a minimum share count of at least 10 million for the duration of time from July 29th until the date the of shares are issued on the declaration date? In other words is there a way to keep people from flipping during this time period? As for other spin-offs there will be a new declaration date for each other spin-off I understand that. So the way I see it unfortunately people unless you already have 10 millions shares or more of FDMF stock you will not be issued shares of LaunchTV like I will. Sorry to break the news to but someone had to spell it out. There is one other question I'd like to ask Brian or Maureen for that matter, the thing I wanted to point out that it seems odd to me that FOX is going to be running the Gotham Series I saw a commercial ad about the up coming show on fox. Now since LaunchTV owns the Gotham Series does that put more revenues from FOX to LaunchTV's pocket? Will there be PR and revenue figures about licensing our shows to other cable networks? Sky its the limit for LaunchTV this this is huge its grow so fast, I'm so glad I'm on board. Also I'd love it if Brian produced a short documentary about how ELAS works and broadcast to everyone on LaunchTV.
