Well, that answers that question -- from the 14A filed today:

"To amend the Certificate of Incorporation to change the name of the Company from Competitive Technologies, Inc. to Calmare Therapeutics Incorporated."

This stupid company is simply hopeless. They got their inventor proclaiming worldwide that the company no longer represents calmare and is no longer an authorized distributor of calmares.

They got GEOMC telling everyone that all the machines the company has are outdated and in need of service and also pointing out GEOMC has a lien on ALL of the company's inventory, an inventory for which the company hasn't paid and likely will never be able to pay.

So what do they change the name to -- "Calmare Therapeutics"!
