It's pretty clear to 99% of shareholders. Permit = $$$ = me buying ----$$$$ discounted shares!!
My opinion is the mm's are in control and want to keep the pps down until they load their own boat!! And as long as they have one public speaker turned up high!!! They may be able to keep picking up cheap shares from folks talked into selling! Just my opinion but when we head higher all I see is a huge ask sling shot!! Leaving fence riders and others in the dust!!
