GENTLEMEN, FYI. I just had a very positive conversation with Mr. Will Lott who authorized me to share with the board. He indicated that relisting is going forward but "Rome wasn't built in a day". I specifically inquired about the audit, but did not get a direct answer. He said the company has never been in better shape.
