I'm actually waiting for Mr. Bolduc to call me....appparently he's a little nervous to do so as he'd rather get second hand information rather than calling me directly and asking. I'm easy to talk to and Mr. Bolduc has my number. Why ask others? Seems very odd for CEO.

As far as 'key date', call Mr. Bolduc and ask him.
