Stevia Asia Limited ("SAL") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stevia Corp. registered in Hong Kong. This joint venture started in July of 2012 and at that time marked the execution of Phase One Commercialization Plans for the stevia supplemented fertilizers and feedstock formulations intended for agricultural and aquaculture applications. As part of the agreements, Stevia Technew Limited has further acquired from TechNew all current and future stevia formulation technologies, including eight formulations actively used in feed & fertilizer agriculture and aquaculture applications.
Stevia Ventures International Ltd. ("Ventures") was incorporated on April 11, 2011 under the laws of the Territory of the British Virgin Islands ("BVI"). Stevia Ventures International Ltd. owns certain rights relating to stevia production, including certain assignable exclusive purchase contracts and an assignable supply agreement related to stevia.
SC Brands is 70% owned by Stevia Corp. and 30% owned by SL Group Holdings Pte Ltd which will provide initial capital funding of up to one million dollars in the form of a convertible promissory note with a fixed conversion price of 25 cents, convertible into common shares of Stevia Corp. Brizzles Asia Pacific Pte Ltd will off-take the production and manage the distribution. The products will be manufactured in Asia to Stevia Corp.'s specifications, and initial distribution will focus on Asia and Africa where Brizzles has strong distribution channels.
Real Hemp LLC - With Stevia Corp.’s production base firmly in place, they are focused on developing the US market and increasing margins with higher value added products. Real Hemp LLC, a US subsidiary of Stevia Corp., will play a central role in this effort. They are currently confirming final details of initial products for the US market with the intent to go live with the Real Hemp website in June 2014.
On the technical side of things as far as the PPS goes as of July 22nd the first candle of the second leg has formed.
We hit the much needed .075 FIB retracement and completed it on the 21st of July, should see a steady upwards trend from here.
