A North Carolina judge denies your claim, bluejacket.

When Carter tried to squeeze his patent attorneys for damages the Business Court judge threw out his claim, stating that there is absolutely no evidence to support a claim that the patents have any commercial value.

So, your 'undeniable' claim that the patents are worth, at least, $500m has already been denied - by an independent and impartial judge.
