Since it is material news and Implant is a public company, I should think the CEO would have to announce it immediately upon being informed. AS to when the DHS issues it's letter, I don't subscribe to the theory that because Congress completes its session, the announcement will come tomorrow. I believe it will come anytime in the next two weeks.
