AEGY is in a catch-22 on the revenue issue too. The company can't report revenue until they file for a seller's permit in California, (less they be charged with tax evasion) They can't file for a seller's permit because California statutes do not permit MMJ and its derivatives being sold for profit. AEGY can't pay share holders if they are operating as a non-profit...

This mess has no end.
