Even if you believed that someone payed 250k to promote ELTP, that would mean that individual/group has to own tens of millions of shares that they BOUGHT. $250,000 isn't a small player.

So, in essence they are going to get the stock much higher than .33 so wouldn't it be wise to buy everything in sight then? LOL LOL
