but my comment pertained to the timing
as in .. i would have done this change out
shortly after the K was filed (6.4.14)

again just me >> but i'd apply a wee bit of logic
and a smidge of common sense

and note the time line in play re: change out

odds are the FY 2014 Q1 has been *reviewed*
like a few others .. i'd expect it to be filed *shortly*

what will be interesting to note/observe is whether FY 2014 Q2
is filed on time or has an NT filed instead

neither will concern me and my expectation is both Qs will suck
(to use SMB parlance)

what i expect to have confirmed tho' is departure of *dead wood*

and of course what i expect *shortly* after Q1 is filed (or Q2)

is Finra's housekeeping (name/ticker/cusip)

back to uplisting >> there is a process

i've laid out my expectations .. clearly only mgmt knows the time frame
(and i doubt even they could pinpoint exactly when uplisting occurs)

i'm quite comfortable with my *investment* in P2O via JBII

markers and all

lesson learned back in 2007 .. bifurcate OTC stox from their PPS

it's a cesspool out there .. predators and deep pocketed hedgies'
working that off shore angle *daily* .. ;)
