The time required to fill 16000 units is insignificant. Machine availability is the issue. Oasis may have one filling machine capable of filling the bottle Itonis chose. That machine may have a six week lead time. Therefore, the order once received cannot go into production for 6 weeks. I'm a manufacturing engineer and that's a standard lead time for this type of work. This is a specialty item so chances are Oasis had to order bottles, labels, raw materials but would not do so until they received a firm order. The companies that supply those items also have lead times. Itonis says they're on schedule. The schedule may be several months. These things take time.
