Master my poster boy candidate would be Hetlioz (tasimelteon) which is similar to Rozerem and assigned orphan status for Non-24 which affects totally blind people. Patients take 1 tablet a day and it will cost $250 or $7,500 per month. Vanda might have a problem convincing insurances to cover this one.
