I think that was dispelled earlier.

So the acerage was moved in to give Devon a sizable acerage for them to come in and establish the infrastructure to drill enough wells for the overall the development of the area. I temporary partnership with SOG? Only brought in to jump start the project, and then sent back to it's rightful owner? Devon would not care I guess as they are just looking at the big picture of the project.

That's certainly better that SOG taking existing assets and siphoning them away.
