Is this a good time for entry?



No, all technical indicators are presently negative. One should enter a new play when entry/exit indicators turn positive (small), then (larger) when those indicators confirm entry. My guess at that starting is when price fills the 1st gap around .013.

Your looking for the 5,10,20 MA's to line up in order and the green DI+ to cross above the red DI-, with Black ADX rising in the DMI indicator. This is the entry confirmed states. Early entry is the 5 cross above the 10day and DI+ cross above DI-.
