I hope that we hear the following: They beat on top and bottom line, but not a blowout. Product pipeline updates-some should be launched in Q4? That would see more expenses coming with the sales/profit showing up on the books in Q1 '15.

Hopefully we'll hear that they aren't going completely back to massive spending on marketing, especially more endorsement deals. Tiger, IMHO was OK but that's enough for now.

SEC- I don't know if Brad should say anything as he doesn't have control over when that will happen. If he has a Plan B for up-listing he should reveal it.

Even if this company were to be bought out I think they would all deny any interest in selling until after the deal was done.
