ERNEST - THAT'S NOT THE POINT. THEY_HAVE_THE_BACKGROUND_NECESSARY.

That's the point. If someone is taking a majority position in a company I am glad they know the business. Also...Warren Buffett failed in business several times before he started Berkshire Hathaway. So let's keep this in perspective.
