SodaStream (NASDAQ:SODA) moves higher after cruising past estimates with its Q2 report.
Consumables revenue rose 15% to $90.8M, while sales of soda maker kits fell 8% to $49.9M.
Revenue growth by region: Americas -14% to $40.9; Western Europe +14% to $77.7M; Asia-Pacific +13% to $12.2M.
Gross margin rate -380 bps to 50.5% due to currency swings and an unfavorable sales mix.
