What proof do you have of that? Just because ATJoe says so, doesn't make it so. How do we know that the boot brothers are not the ones delaying? Answer we don't anymore that you can say the other side is. Pure and utter speculation.

Maybe the delays were caused by the BB getting their second law firm up to speed ... That would make sense.

Just like the PV case this one will wend its way through the courts and eventually get resolved. PV's took 4 years. This one has already taken a year... So be it. Sometimes courts themselves delay things. Can't be helped but to continuously and endlessly accuse one side is prejudicial to an extreme...especially when based on pure and idle speculation.
