They keep good " notes" too, or should I say, they sell a lot of notes. jK, yes, they do file. The old head is very paranoid about keeping detailed accurate filings, that's what law suits teach one through attrition.

But, making verbal promises and leading a flock on is not learned behavior, it's inherent for said, forlornly
