Hi JRT,

I think the question isnt whether or not you were/are close to the source or not. I believe everything you have stated. You have been to the dragons den and back. We all appreciate your insight and the fact you have shared it with the board.

I think what most are saying is that there are other details which we cannot confirm. Like if the audit has started or if SOG has indeed divested assets to Cactus. I am not sure but are you confirming all this as fact?

Also I believe you have good reason to feel the way you do. I am sure you are a good judge of character and see things for what they are. One thing I have learned though is its best not to judge based on one person's perspective. You're experience MAY be different than someone else's. I dunno really but I'm not buying or selling the farm based on one reputable opinion. Two maybe. :)

Like I said.. I dont have a huge position here so if it doesnt pan out and this falls apart I am not going to lose sleep over it, and I may join any petition for restitution but I think we are a ways away from confirming that course of action.
