Well, the last part is almost right. More to the point, pharma tells the doctors what medicines their patients will be requesting. I almost always stump the reps however, unless their is a regional rep with them. I read more than most, even now.

So, doctors are very bright. However marketing wins almost every time. I think that is what you were trying to say.
