We're about 2 weeks, give or take, from fins being filed. If we hold true to form, we should get them "early".

I have a list of items that I am specifically looking for in the narrative. These things either prove, disprove, or table the DD that I do.

I can tell you thing for a fact: Nemes isn't sitting back and waiting for opportunity to come to him. He's out there, building a brand and a team, and a solid company. I don't know what took place during the BOD meeting, but I do know that Ken Moore isn't one to burn his hours after a hobby or a pipe dream either.

These guys are motivated and driven, and they get stuff done. Sure, some of it needs tweaking along the way, (yes, I said tweaking, not twerking), but they are always looking to maximize potential and profit.
