A couple of corrections - first, the BOP does not allow co-defendant convicts to reside in the same prison facility during the same incarceration time, so only one will get Lompoc, another Terminal Island, a third Taft, and a fourth probably Sheridan, Mendota, Herlong, or Phoenix. Second, the BOP has no facilities in Zurich (nor anywhere in Switzerland), so Benz will be in one of the aforementioned facilities. Benzy was not just a guy signing off on legal docs, he was the frontman on the conference calls. His ship is sunk. He's looking at felony conviction, imprisonment (but probably only for a couple of years), and disbarment in each of the jurisdictions in which he is licensed (active or inactive).
