As I previously stated, the regression line for the BID predicts that GERS will be de-listing eligible by Labor Day -- right on schedule. I have also previously stated that the Q1 practically begged for the BID to fall below a penny with the strident statements about further dilution and R/S.These statements were much stronger than in the past. These are not stupid people. Either they were setting themselves-up for immunization from common shareholder law suits over not fulfilling their fiduciary responsibility to the common shareholders, they want to push this to BK (if de-listed selling of shares to pay bills will likely no longer be an option and note called), or they have something "up-their sleeves" to be announced by Labor Day. What say anyone? You pay your money and you take your chances!
