It didn't stop trading. The ask just needs to come down to where the price and bid are for peep to buy. And obviously no one wants to sell at .0119. People are watching. I'd rather no volume than dumping. A tip for buyers, this can be purchased at a price below the ask, I've done it. 4 people trading this stock can get this moving.
