The 8th of August, 2014 could be the greatest day in the life of many here. This is the litigation side of SMME. I am still confused greatly as to why this is not blasted all over the reports by Visa/MC (I was of the belief this is a legal requirement to inform share holders of any litigation)or why it is not on every media outlet considering the quantum of the claim.
I have learnt quite a lot "along the way of life" as well and unfortunately some summations of the reality of the Smartmetric situation is not very accurate.
Some investors have been here four years and others much longer and were told certain things.
When the use of words like "patience" are thrown out there it is clear some have no understanding of the frustrations of other investors.
It is my belief that if the SMMNE card can do what it is purported to do it will be worth far more than the litigation settlement if there was to be one. I did not see any presentation of the card at the NIBA, just a card being held up.
I bought over a decade ago into a technology which I believe (and still do by the way) in. Myself and others have been told this or that, but other than a short foray into this forum by Chaya I would not have a clue as to what is happening.
I don't feel I am ranting, simply would like the answer to a couple of basic questions. I have noted a number of regulars who were obviously good hearted investors have now gone more than likely due to the lack of information.
I have no idea what happened at the last capital raising, I have no idea of a product release (which you might recall was supposed to be the first quarter of this year). Does anyone know any information about this?

Can anyone tell me is SMME actively marketing anywhere else in the world...I seriously would like to know
