I think it's from the float; shares that have yet to be bought and authorized by the company I think I dunno tho. Reason I think float is low; is that when you see the price spike it moves quickly with little selling but then selling happens later because the mega holders know it will run for days but they can't let it until there certifiable news that were airborne I have no idea if I'm right but just my take on it. The LT prolly can explain it the right way lol
