Here is a PEIID fact:

The last ten trading days PEIID has only managed to close up once!



Notice that I use the word fact in the singular, meaning one fact as stated. Notice the sentence following? The one you omitted in your reply.
Really, is this what it has come to now? First I'm accused of shorting, then the MM's are to blame, I'm again accused of shorting by boxing PEIID, and now out of desperation you take my post out of context and misrepresent the very words I type.
THAT is pathetic!
