What do you think happened to the website? Just kind of odd it went blank. Even if they were preparing to put up a new site, there is no reason to take down the old content. The swap of the old site for a new site is nothing more then replacing content. It looks like it has been the same hosting company for a while, so it isn't an issue with moving to new hosting company and not moving over files.
