lol...was thinking the same thing...wouldn't it be a hoot if Perker worked for or with Sierra... but just a joke

...the funny thing is ... this "route" for the company has been suggested by a very reputable pundit (we all know) as the course XXII should take (if available) at this stage...

it is not outside the realm, even at this stage. Contrary to some thoughts here on this subject...there has been enough validation (via FDA and studies sited by company in company's press releases) etc for big tobacco (besides BAT) to become aggressive.

Just my opinion that XXII management, most likely, has come to understand that the MSA club is controlled by big tobacco and XXII technology will only get in through "old boy" club (i.e Big Tobacco with passive-aggressive assistance from FDA/MSA co-conspirators).

One very important point made to me in a 45 min. conversation with Counsel to MSA..."coming into MSA is like a marriage...the parents of the bride are going to check out every detail of the groom...because they have to live with them for a long time...and it takes time...and it is done when they are comfortable... whenever that might be". (possible interpretation..."you many not ever get turned down...but you may not ever be invited")...
Big speculation here on my part is that States Attorneys General know, control and are comfortable with Big Tobacco...IMO it is through Big Tobacco that XXII technology is going to see day of light.

Yep...others will say "there is so much more than a cigarette brand and MSA"...but time is money...

Would the company entertain $9?...Could it be a start? ...IMHO it could be for only the tobacco portion of the portfolio...while XXII goes off with the rest...or it could be a starting point for the entire ball of wax.

Would it be a good thing for XXII SH at this stage?...IMO...could be... with the technology portfolio and with prospect of a bidding war between MO and BAT.

IMO...good for XXII SH at this stage...with all the technology XXII has amassed, how bad would it be for XXII shareholders to participate in the upside of XXII's technology via big tobacco stock?...

The possibility of MO or BAT swooping in at this stage.. might appear to be a fraction of the ultimate "speculated" upside...but it is still huge for current SH, esp for management and even more huge for an upside via big tobacco.

One final thought: Why has Chardan not lowered its $9 target, when it has become clear we are 6-9 months behind cig manufacturing and distribution in U.S.?... perhaps its been a target starting price all along...but known only to management and Chardan...of course pure "tea leaf" speculation on my part.
