no kidding and the point was - longview owns 90% of opxs delaware and that means he owns 90% (270,000,000) of the 300,000,000 (common/authorized - whatever you wanna call em) shares -- so contrary to the following, opxs sileas did not purchase 100% of longview's equity interest in opxs delaware - they only purchased longview's outstanding shares which was 90% of the 50,000,000 shares that were issued and outstanding, so they should not have claimed that their purchase represented 90% of opxs delaware because it does not....
