I hope I'm wrong; but I have always felt that the hug blocks on the ASK is probably
someone that got in cheap a long time ago; with deep pockets, that is playing the
game called: "Be Your Own Market-Maker"..

Not everyone wants or needs to double or triple their money once; they are quite happy
scalping 10 to 25 percent on a regular basis; day-in and day-out..
