aint that the truth on supplies, i bought a foreclosure roughly a year and a half ago and have been putting it back together.. sadly the only inflation not occurring is property values.. which have actually fell roughly 2 percent.. not a great thing. but oh well. maybe that medical marijuana bill will go into effect in the fall and I'll become a farmer. :)
