2,522,480,850 Float

OTC Float is 1,252,975,154 X 2 = 2,505,950,308

2,522,480,850 - 2,505,950,308 = 16,503,542 short

Well unless the 168 Million TORQ shares are released...

Have to be 1/2 of 1% over 5 Billion to report shorts...

My guess when those 16,503,542 shares are covered...
