I think Kathy wanted to keep We Three under her wing. The transfer of preferred was a way for her keep that business. Just because they valued it at 1 million dollars doesn't mean it was worth it. Like I pointed out, the preferred shares are essentially a slap in the face to ARNH. But my prediction is CDIF will eventually R/S and maybe at that point ARNH will convert and dump for a better return. The same thing happened with ARNH and the other companies J. King was working with. Remember the shenanigans with ANDI and CDFT?

As for Jason Levy, ever since I found out he was linked to real estate I figured he and Kathy had connections at some point in the past. He is just a replacement for her because obviously she needed another ticker to keep her continual change in business model going. ARNH had 3 R/S's under her wings...watch CDIF now to see what she does there.
