Why is Teresa, the CFO, usually "quoted" in PRs (AS IF the press releases were written by someone other than Teresa or Cyril, LOL)?

Here's why:

$WAFR CEO had this to say about their recent Exploration into Acquisitions in the Social Media Sector, “We are excited to begin the due diligence process on this target acquisition who’s capabilities include Real-Time Marketing and Live Events; User Generated Content; Annotated Video and Audio Content; Story Branching; Mobile Content; Augmented Reality; and Interactive Games however with this addition of direction to our business plan we will be seeking various other acquisition candidates as a merger and acquisition holding company.”

"however with this addition of direction to our business plan" - say what? Was there no direction to your business plan previously?
