Yes, Radient is still in business- of course.

- Imminent websites Radient-Diagnostics.com & GCDx (?) is proof in itself.
- RXPC paying off lawyers 2.5 million dollars instead of declaring BK is proof in itself.
- Bringing in new CEO, new Officers, new BOD, and Angel Investors is proof in itself.
- Majority Ownership Group purchasing as many shares as they could prior to voluntary revocation is proof in itself.

"The agreement with Uni to use the DR-70 freely is if Radient goes BK." Obviously no one is declaring BK. So Uni agreement with AMDL is still in effect.

The important question is the extent of the alliances being formed and how it affects current RXPC shareholders. This is what the posters of this board should be focused on.
