Carmil it doesn't take millions to settle the Laurus Debt you are correct. But many hundreds of millions of shares is it going to Paul to settle Factor Fund Debt and the rest of the outstanding CDs tucked away in Paul's desk? You know FF Well....the cd holder that defaulted on paying off Laurus Debt by June of last year....the cd holder that was supposed to fund the $25k marketing budget for 6 months....the cd holder that didn't pay the auditors?

Major financial damage caused to the shareholders and in default??

You think Paul should be negotiating a favorable settlement with them on behalf of the shareholders considering the damage they caused?

If you were Paul, how would you handle the FF situation as the CEO of a public company? Would you care about the well being of your shareholders? Or do you say screw them and say I can't bite the hand that feeds me sitting here in the church basement??

What is Paul Riss going to do as leader of this company, considering the loyal shareholder base supported the dilution to pay off the debt to get this company to CFP as he promised??

If the Debt was paid off last year (stocks was trading @ 10x higher) would we be having to issue more shares at 00018 to do it????

That's the 40% discount to the lowest closing price .0003 these cd sellers will be getting.
