Use common sense. We have been here over a month praying for it to go above 0001 (besides the casual share paint here and there), that was before a R/S was announced. Why would it run now when one of the worst possible things is about to occur? Yes I know a RM can clean that up but only if true and imo that news will not come before the R/S is put into action.
