The share price is terrible again!
People can only point out the obvious. Let's see if this CEO has the objectivity, guts and the humility to accept that he is not the right guy, and it is pointless to continue to run a failing company to the ground as opposed to giving it a chance to survive.
If he gets a capable replacement, then perhaps some positivity and actual execution and work and revenue can happen, and his options might one day be worth something (as will hopefully, our shares).
Many founders/ early CEOs of companies realize they are the wrong guy to run the company, and find good replacements that really take the company places... For instance Ebay and many many others. They not only make money in the end, but also look like a hero in the end.
A suitable and capable replacement needs to be found.
