Large HEPI shareholder did pass along. As noted here previous from a prior article someone posted about him selling his businesses to Maggiore due to his illness.

I did actually meet him at last year's shareholder meeting. He was quite funny. Bright guy.

I do know from speaking to him at the meeting that he believed in what HEPI is doing and fully supported the company ...... however there is no way to know what his family is doing with his shares of HEPI.
