thenewmixer, That is actually not so. Delays are a part of business and bios are notorious for delays. Since Nuvilex is a bio I expect delays and will be happy if there aren't any. Sometimes, it doesn't mean a thing except they want (or must) to cross the t's and dot the i's, other times it is unavoidable in the process of trials or pre-trials. Then again, it can be detrimental, however, in the event of bad news they have an obligation to report it as soon as possible. It all depends on what is going on inside the trials/pre-trials/lab. Nobody really knows until announcements are made. You can bet on one thing, if there are delays. Many of those who have short positions will take advantage of the lack of expected news. Nuvilex stated that they will receive the encapsulations in early August. To me that means between Aug. 1 and Aug. 10, and I expect delays. Then they stated trials will begin shortly afterwards. To me when a bio states "shortly afterwards" in this case it could mean a month or more and again, I expect delays. I'll be happy if it works in that time frame and be glad if I'm wrong and happens before. Although I do not hope for delays, I know short positions will be right on that, and I consider that an additional opportunity to buy at a better price.
