Yeah, I'm not a lawyer and I don't know for sure, but I am fairly certain that CWS will remain enjoined from doing anything with the software (and in contempt) unless and until the settlement is paid in full.

Not to mention that Sandia Tech can drive the price all the way up to the settlement plus interest amount. I'll post the docs later. No time now.
