Have you ever answered a question directly?

Are you claiming that:
1. Yates was not permanently banned from being an ERISA fiduciary?
2. Yates did not go bankrupt?
3. Yates did not leave the beverage business for 5 years?
4. Yates and cohorts have plenty of assets to pledge?

Further, if you're the genius leading a fast-growth company, why would you wait until the last minute to obtain a line of credit?
