Your post is right on target. I have posted several times that if a company has leading edge technology and a sales force in place, then getting orders is like taking candy from a baby.
I know, I was in high tech sales for almost 40 years. All we have gotten from these misfits are smoke and mirrors. I don't think there has been even one sales person hired in the 300 person sales force they were going to put in place. Where are the big contracts they ballyhooed?? What about the VP of Sales, what is this guy doing? This would be a joke if it weren't so pathetic. The SEC really needs to start taking a look at all these penny and sub penny stocks that throw out loads of BS to get investor's money.
