I guess some of your theory revolves around 'Microsoft' and how-ever many units "they decide to build," or whatever. Always is a 'chore' to figure out HOW MANY UNITS TO MANUFACTURE and effectively 'match up' the DEMAND out there!! No easy task, I would imagine!

Of course, with your projections, I guess it would be GOOD for them to make, say, 10,000,001 Xboxes! I say one extra unit and TO ATTEMPT TO SELL IT! HA! And I recall AMD stating they got $100.00 for their graphics/chips in one Xbox. They said that, but it could be MORE or LESS than that now!! But if it is $100 they get.. .well, one can read into that. . .they get a pretty good pile of $$$ (doe-rhe-me)!!

It's hard to say. . .I've 'bout GIVEN UP on Wall Street's read of AMD. Your conclusions are mine as well. . .but every time AMD reports. . .the street knocks them 'winding.' I THINK AMD, under it's present leadership, is in a GOOD POSITION to move well into the future. . .and take full advantage of opportunities before it. AND. . .I think it will, and will capitalize on these opportunities. . .now how will the Street view things. . .probably with another 'knock-down- in round "umpteen!!"
