i thought the float was locked down

More like a float down. LOL Each time the stock has cycled between 005 <--> 01 the cult herd has become weaker. Take a look at the Easter Bunny run of early 2013. It went to 01, and stayed there for awhile on volume. This time around much less volume. The cult herd is increasingly tapped out. Not willing to bid it up, no matter the rumor. Eventually if they "average up", and then "average down" enough times they will have it locked down. As in stuck.

Meanwhile those who have traded it in the past, and probably made some coins doing it, are whipping up a trading frenzy in Reid's other empty stock.
